ABSTRACT This article focused on the relationship between human capital (HC) and competitiveness in Russia. The study examined (1) impact of investments knowledge-intensive industries socio-economic development; (2) share employees; (3) religious factors HC; (4) problems forming H at innovative enterprises. At national level, exert no effect country’s development.
